This year’s Summer Reading Program will mark the 50th anniversary of the Apollo moon landing with the theme “A Universe of Stories.” It is our pleasure to provide a full array of activities and events that celebrate this momentous accomplishment. From an opening program that follows a young girl during her visit to Mission Control to a Build-Your-Own-Rocket event co-sponsored by the Audubon Boy Scouts, we have so many wonderful things planned, you’re not going to want to miss it
For each of the last two years, our summer reading participants have read well over 2,000 books. Let’s keep the streak going!
