Now that we are providing curbside services, we would like to remind you about our Summer Reading Program. Although we will not be holding in-person events this summer, we are offering a virtual program through the READsquared application. This program will allow participants to log reading online as well as to participate in online games and other self-directed activities. Participants can earn virtual badges throughout the program as well as actual prizes that will be awarded at the conclusion of our program in September. We now also offer reading programs for all ages, from adults to toddlers, so everyone can participate.
Most importantly, you can now request materials from the library which you can pickup during a scheduled curbside pickup time. Details on requesting materials can be found in our article Curbside Pickup is Now Available.
To register, go to the Summer Reading Program homepage and click “Register Now” on the right side of your screen. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.
You will need your and/or your child’s library card number to register. If you do not remember the card number, please query the library at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send the information to you. Include the patron’s full name and address in the body of the email so that the right patron can be identified.
Need a library card? No problem. We can issue these remotely as well. Simply follow the instructions provided in our article Get Your Library Card Today.

We hope you will join us for this program!
