So Much More Than Books!

So Much More Than Books!

While we are very proud to make over 25,000 books available to our patrons for borrowing, we would like to remind you that there is so much more at the library than just books. Here is just a few examples of our additional offerings! Check them out! Literally, check them out! They are all available for borrowing.

We are pleased to announce the addition of six Hotspots to the library collections. Patrons can borrow and use these hotspots to generate a Wi-Fi signal using the T-Mobile network in order to connect up to 10 devices per hotspot to the internet free of charge. They’re perfect if you are going on vacation or otherwise need access to the internet. Borrowing details are below:

·  To borrow a hotspot, patrons must have a valid adult Audubon Library Card in good standing, and sign the Hotspot Circulation Policy.
·  Patrons may borrow one hotspot per adult card, with a limit of one per household.
·  Hotspots may be borrowed for a period of 14 days, with no renewals.
·  Hotspots must be returned in-person at the circulation desk. They should NOT be placed on or in the book return.
·  There is a $5.00 per day fine for each day that a Hotspot is overdue.
·  There is a $100 replacement fee for a lost or damaged Hotspot.

The library is pleased to offer free admission passes to local attractions for patrons to borrow. To check out a museum pass, you must have an adult card in good-standing, and complete the Museum Pass Agreement form at the library. Passes are limited to one per household. They may be checked-out for three days at a time, with no renewals. Passes may be placed on hold for 24 hours.
