Adult Crafts : Fascinator

April 29 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us on Wednesday evening to create your own “fascinator” hat. A fascinator is called a fascinator because it is designed to fascinate—to enchant or bewitch—the viewer, originating from the Latin verb fascinare. The term was rebranded in the 1960s/70s by milliners like Stephen Jones and Mr. John to describe small, whimsical headpieces often attached with clips, which were meant to be eye-catching and “fascinating” additions to a lady’s outfit, rather than traditional, functional hats.

Registration is required.
