Chair Yoga

CHAIR YOGA adapts traditional yoga poses for seated or supported standing positions using a chair for balance and stability, making yoga accessible for all ages, fitness levels, and those with mobility issues, focusing on breathwork, gentle stretches (spine, hips, shoulders), and mindful movement to improve flexibility, strength, circulation, and reduce stress without needing to get on the floor.
Registration is required, space is limited. Classes are free!
