Mat Yoga

MAT YOGA is simply practicing yoga on a mat, emphasizing floor-based poses (asanas) for flexibility, strength, and balance, using the mat for grip, cushioning joints (knees, wrists), and providing a clean, stable surface for movements like Cat-Cow, Downward Dog, or seated stretches, suitable for all levels, especially beginners seeking comfort and support.   Classes are free, registration is required and numbers are limited.
