Services
In addition to the borrowing of books, magazines, DVDs, and other material, the library offers a number of services to library patrons and the public, including copying, faxing, and scanning services as well as access to WIFI and internet-connected computers. Usage of these services may involve fees, which are outlined below.
Fees and Fines
The Free Public Library of Audubon believes that financial restrictions to the access of library resources should be minimized as much as possible. However, this principle is balanced by the need to ensure that library materials remain available and in the best possible condition for all its patrons. Therefore, the Free Public Library has attempted to set its fines at reasonable and affordable levels in an effort to meet both of the above goals.
Further, charging nominal fees allows the library to offer a number of services to the public, including copying, printing, scanning, and faxing. Please see the Fees & Fines chart below for details on the costs of these services.
